1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Jelebet platform — including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by Jelebet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jelebet.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Jelebet platform and should not create an account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Jelebet will notify users of material changes via the registered contact information associated with your account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a Jelebet account. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and Jelebet's internal policies. Jelebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may hold only one registered Jelebet account.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Jelebet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank (via InstaPay/PESONet), GrabPay, Coins.ph, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet channels. Deposits are credited to your Jelebet wallet in real time for e-wallet transactions and within standard banking hours for bank transfer channels.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Jelebet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account not matching your registered identity, Jelebet reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account — GCash wallet, bank account, or card — registered in your name.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are processed within the same banking day when requested before 4:00 PM PHT on weekdays.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours for bank transfer channels are processed on the next banking day.
• Jelebet reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected on an account.

Currency

All transactions on the Jelebet platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in pesos is the amount credited to your account in pesos, with no deductions for currency conversion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by Jelebet are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. These terms are published on the Promotions page of the Jelebet platform and are accessible before you opt in to any offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable requirement is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Real money first: When you have both a real money balance and a bonus balance, your real money balance is wagered first.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.
• One bonus per household: Only one player per household, IP address, or device may claim any given promotion.
• Abuse: Jelebet reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino and slots typically contribute 100%; sports bets may contribute at a different rate. Check each promotion's terms for the applicable contribution rates.

Free Spins

Free spins issued as part of a Jelebet promotion have a fixed spin value as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Jelebet platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant game type. These rules are accessible within the platform before placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and recorded by the Jelebet system. A bet that is not confirmed — for example due to a disconnection before server acknowledgement — is not a valid bet.
• Jelebet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline bets from any player or account at its discretion, including but not limited to accounts that demonstrate patterns consistent with professional or arbitrage betting.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed and accepted by the system.

Sports Betting

Sports bet settlement is based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated in the market rules. Overtime, penalty shootouts, or additional periods are included in the result only where the market rules explicitly state this. In-play betting markets are subject to live settlement and Jelebet reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during a live event.

Live Casino

Live casino game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and recorded on the Jelebet system. In the event of a technical fault on the streaming side — such as a video stream interruption — game results remain valid as they are recorded server-side independently of the video stream. If a round cannot be completed due to a live studio technical issue, all bets on that round will be voided and stakes returned.

Sabong

Sabong betting results are settled based on the official outcome declared by the licensed derby organiser. Jelebet is not responsible for decisions made by derby officials. Cancelled or abandoned derbies result in stake returns for affected bets as per Jelebet's sabong-specific rules available on the sabong section of the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jelebet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

• Money laundering: Using Jelebet for any money laundering activity or to conceal the proceeds of crime. Jelebet is required to report suspicious transactions under Philippine AML legislation.
• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity documents, or making fraudulent chargeback claims on legitimate deposits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, particularly in poker, where collusion between players is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Arbitrage betting: Using Jelebet in combination with other platforms to guarantee profit through arbitrage regardless of outcome. Jelebet reserves the right to void bets identified as part of an arbitrage strategy.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Minors: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Jelebet account.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Takes effect immediately upon activation. Can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss limits: Cap the net amount you can lose in any given day, week, or month. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the next period begins.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification when you have been playing for a specified duration.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jelebet provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. While we work to maintain platform availability, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from:

11 Account Closure

Closure by You

You may close your Jelebet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and pending KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by Jelebet

Jelebet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct is identified.
• Required identity verification documents are not provided within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a period of more than 24 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by Jelebet due to a verified breach of these terms, Jelebet reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any real money balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Jelebet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
